Greenpoint reported a 1 MW Oude-Tonge installation running, with final works and certification still preceding commercial use. Its relationship to the historical 2.5 MW and 23.5 MW phase records, and whether 26 MW is a combined total, remain unverified. Source announcement, 18 Jun 2026.
